Please, check the status on the object. I guess thi is about user status. This seems to have a setting that prevents the use of the object. In general hard to tell, because you didn't say which is the business process.

Do you have space in all the filesystems especiallly
../SUM/ and ../SUM/abap/log ( Incase they are different FS ) and /usr/sap
Have you used any Soft links ?
Also do you see any errors in the alert log ?
Also try again after restarting sum ..

DD tables are not only mandatory, they are more then that. They are data Dictionary tables, building blocks of system.
Take a look at DD02L (Tables), DD01L (domains), DD04L (Data elements) tables...are all of them in synch ?
Maybe there's some dependency between for instance DD01L, and DD04L with DD03L that you have to take care about ?
For instance, in MS SQL sometimes before some mass-bulk inserts we have to disable foreign key constraints , because you cant insert data element if domain it references does not exist in DB allready.
I'm not sure how Hana handles it in SLT, didn't have the chance to play with that as much as I'd like.
But I thought its worth mentioning.

I fixed MSSQL 2014 using your description in:

Now I receive:

TAO NT Naming Service is started and working fine as the SAP-Client / SLD does not show any errors. We just migrated from B1 9.0 on SQL 2012 to B1 9.1PL4 on SQL 2014.
Any ideas would be appreciated, thank you!

This is where I would be thinking about using a PB Classic built Web Service hosted in IIs that would receive the DW buffer (ie: GetFullState) or perform the DWO retrieval in the actual WS itself. Now in the WS use the SaveAs (Excel8!) and then send (via FTP; Download, Blob transfer, etc) to the Appeon Web application the resulting Excel work file.
