Hi Piscian,

Me to had same requirement for this I've created Actions like 1 is Initial Hiring 2. hiring

1. Initial Hiring: I've maintained only 2 Info type's 0000, 0001 maintained same reason for action

2. Hiring : I've maintained all Info type's maintained same reason for action

Then I've created LSMW for Hiring then if client would like hire more employee's then they are using LSMW by selecting initial hiring otherwise they are manually hiring for all info type's.

In PA30 if you see

I think based on this system is triggering all info type's.
