From the screen shots, it seems that IBD fails to create in receiving plant because confirmation control key in stock transport order (PO) for line item is not maintained. In ME22N go to specific items and then in conformation tab,maintain the confirmation control key. This confirmation control key should be automatically appeared if you maintain it in either vendor master-purchasing data view or info record. If this setting is made then after PGI the RD, output SPED should triggered with green traffic light with automatic creation of IBD.
