BAPI BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_CHANGEUSRSTAT not returning messages

Hi All,

I have used the BAPI's

1)  BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_CHANGEUSRSTAT , 2 ) BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_SAVE & 3 ) BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT.

I am trying to update the PM Notification Status, these bapis when used updates the notification status well

but the problem it is not returning the Updated the Values.

I have used the Return parameter associated with BAPIRET2.

I am not able to find out if the BAPI's have really udpated the status or not.

Not sure where i have gone wrong.
