It's never a good idea to have multiple commands in a report - whether linked or unlinked - unless you're specifically using all but one of them just to provide data for one or more dynamic prompts.  This will significantly slow down your report because Crystal will have to handle the "heavy lifting" of the data processing instead of making the database do it.

 

You should be able to get the info about the training, the list of employees who took the training in the same command, and possibly the full list of employees on that date in a single command.

 

What type of database are you connecting to?  If you'll post your SQL, I'll see what I can do with it.
