SPEC VALUE SOURCE In V/07

Dear sd Masters

i have tested  in my IDES and finally not understood what is use of SPEC VALUE SOURCE   In V/07 --Condition table and select Fields tab we can Find This

if we maintained some thing in this field and in sales order -- condition tab -- condition tab is not coming plz update me what is use of this
