Where to maintain the Employee data? There is answer in my reply. You are maintaining the Employee data in the form of Valuation Codes and the Descriptions. Only difference is each employee names appears twice once for Official and the other for Personal use. Now, running payroll and deduct the wages does not fall in this space. So whosoever is doing that (even by you by using some objects in PM module), you need to connect that with the codes maintained here. My reply gives you an idea on how to capture the Official and Personal vehicle expenses of employees. The employee codes maintained here, need to be finally connected to the employee database maintained for payroll running. For final report, if you do not want to transfer the data of IK17 report to your employee payroll database manually, you might need to develop a simple report.
