Please see my comments in bold below:
1. I don't see any delta is disturbed as our daily delta load is picking new records and I could see the new/modified packets even in RSA7 -- Your Delta wouldn't disturb even if you do full load without deleting init.
2. Whether Delta will be disturbed if we do Full Update? -- Your Delta wouldn't disturb even if you do full load without deleting init.
If Yes, let me know how to get confirmation/any process/T.code to check whether your delta load is disturbed and the process to enable your delta -- You can confirm that in your Delta Que (RSA7) based on number of records.
3.If I want to enable my delta, can I delete the init and reinitialize without data transfer again to get my delta load to normal stage as I am worried that if I delete my Init load..it will remove all the data packets from the RSA7? -- Don't do that, If you do that, its going to pick complete data in your next delta.
So I would suggest, just delete Full request from your cube (if you don't have any DSO's in between) and do a Full Repair.
