You can try as suggested by Martin, OLAP universes support Exception aggreagtion. If you want to achieve the same during data load then you can write routine with help of abaper and achieve the same.
But to write routine would like to get clarified on what condition you want pick the latest date, is it when a mpoint changes its value in internal table sorted ascending based on mpoint?
If yes, then You can achieve the latest date using control break statements like at new endat etc..
Or is it a sort on mpoint and mdoc and find record with maximum date and maximum mdoc comparing their mpoint?
