Is the RFC test connection working in SM59? If not follow the below steps.
1) Provide new PROGRAM ID in sender RFC channel save it and activate.
2) Go to SM59 choose your RFC destination of type T and select radio button register server program and then provide the same PROGRAM ID.It should be the same as it is case sensitive.Test connection RFC should work now.
