About the user status in SO for fiori

Hi experts,

I have a question about the SO block for delivery in fiori hana.

In the backend system , we use the user status to control the delivery block for sales order in ERP. See the photo attached below.

ZST1 means not approved and ZST2 means approved.

When the SO is ZST1, the delivery of the SO is blocked. When the SO is ZST2, the delivery of the SO is allowed.

My question is : Can I use iphone app fiori to unblock the sales order which controlled by the user status?

What settings should I make?
