Many thanks for your response, but I tried using your syntax, and didn't see any change after running the Dashboard using design studio. The numbers are as is as they were before. Also inserted is the 'Properties' screenshot for your reference. Am I missing something in the properties?
So, basically I choose 'ZRKF_PICK_COUNT' as the metric from BEx Query designer because it is the result produced from 'Picking/Packing' row and the 'Transaction' column. This produces the result of 3,474.000
Also please find below the BEx query which uses the cell editor properties for reference. This Query
is the datasource for the layout in Design Studio.
