qaawsWSDL.zip will be having all the WSDL which are published in the Environment.
When you publish/migrate the Web services, WSDL will be created in qaawsWSDL.zip folder.
this qaawsWSDL.zip folder will be created for individual tomcat.
But in your case, you are using LB. hence WSDL will be crated in any one of your tomcat.
you should run WSDL generator after migration/publishing or share the qaawsWSDL.zip folder location across all the 3 tomcat.
