Hi Ludek,
I tried installing the SP5 you provided but it was the full install and not just the service pack, so I uninstalled my current SP3 installation and used the SP6 full install you provided, and it's all working!
I also promoted the "Where do I find Crystal Reports Service Packs and Fix Packs if I don't have a support contract" idea. Hope it helps
