Hi Surya,

With the user status, you can define the Influence & Next action. Select a particular status line, go to details screen. Transaction control screen will open.

Here you will find the list of business transactions. Here you have to select the desired business transaction & allow (or whatever) then need to select ''Set".

So whenever this user status sets, this business action triggers.
